After you buy TCAD Professional edition or Enterprise edition,

Please uninstall TCAD trial edition first:

a.1

Please remove the trial package in Delphi IDE,

Menu  -> Component->Install Packages

select  CrystalComponentRAD2022.bpl

Uninstall it.

Unistall TCAD trial edition in Control Panel->Program and Function-> find "TCAD for VCL(trial)"

->Double click -> Uninstall it.

Check the trial package exist or not

Open folder:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\20.0\Bpl

if exist CrystalComponentRAD2022.bpl remove it.

if exist remove it.

a.4

Open folder:

C:\Program Files(x86)\Codeidea.TCAD.VCL.32.Eval.2019

if exist CrystalComponentRAD2022.bpl remove it.

 

Install new package.

b.1 Install the TCAD PRO or ENT package which download from our user protal system

b.2 Start new project as a test.
