Upgrade Policy

Minor and Major Upgrades

There are two kinds of upgrades: major upgrades and minor upgrades.

The major upgrade is a new version of the product that contains significant improvements (new features, essentially optimizations, lots of small modifications, etc.) In this case we increase the version number (from 1.xx to 2.00 for example).
We charge for major upgrades only. If you want to order the major upgrade, please contact our Sales Department.

The minor upgrades are usually includes slight modifications, bug fixes or support for a new version of Delphi (C++ Builder). These upgrades are free. The minor upgrade increases only minor version number (from 1.10 to 1.20 for example).

Any customer who purchased previous version of our product within 30 days from the release date of a new major version can upgrade to last version for free.

To upgrade your previous version of the product you should download a new version and reinstall it in the previous installation folder.

License Upgrade

Any customer can upgrade his license (from Lite to Ent, for example) at any time. The price for upgrading licenses is a difference between their current prices.

Upgrade Subscription

We know that many software developers have a limited budget for purchasing tools and components. So we decided to help them in getting instant access to the latest versions of our products.

Now we offer a subscription for 16 months period to all new versions of the product you purchased. We will automatically send you the download information immediately after releasing a new version. You will have instant access to all latest commercial versions of the product.

You can order an Upgrade Subscription for any our product here. The subscription will not be automatically renewed after expiration date.
