Codeidea license is perpetual and it's being sold on a subscription basis. The subscription is initially valid for a 12 month period and entitles to obtain any product version that is being published during subscription period and access to technical support forums.
Once the subscription has expired you can choose to renew your subscription to retain access to support and new releases. If you choose not to renew, you can continue using the software as long as you require, but will not receive the additional benefits of the subscription service.

You can transfer all the SOFTWARE (including all component parts) under the understanding that the transferee agrees to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. In this case, we require you to provide us with written notification of the license transfer including contact details of the transferee.
